Who we are
ChannelArc is operated by Defacto IT. For questions about this notice or your information, email info@channelarc.com or use our Contact page.
This notice covers the ChannelArc marketing website, access inquiries, historical signup records, and its contact form. It does not describe account, project, generation, or payment data in the separate video app.
Information you share
| When | Information |
|---|---|
| Previously submitted signup details | Your email address and the date and time of signup. |
| Contact form | Your name, email address, selected topic, plan (if provided), message, submission time, and IP address for new submissions. |
| Website requests | Server logs record request information such as an IP address, time, requested page, response status, referring page, and browser information. |
New contact submissions include your IP address to help handle inquiries and investigate misuse. Historical contact and signup records are kept as originally collected; we do not reconstruct missing IP addresses. The server’s operational logs are separate from form records. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive personal information through the contact form.
How we use information
- Respond to access requests and help arrange your chosen plan.
- Handle product questions, feedback, and privacy requests.
- Operate, protect, and troubleshoot the website, including investigating misuse of the contact form.
- Show EUR prices for EU visitors and USD prices elsewhere using the approximate country associated with your IP address. Country detection uses Cloudflare and does not request your device’s location. The pricing response does not expose or save your IP address in a form record; an IP address is saved there only when you submit the contact form.
Access requests and contact messages are saved on the website server. Submitting a form does not create an app account or send an automated email. Your inquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Where the GDPR applies, handling access requests and other inquiries and operating the website rely on the legitimate interests of responding to correspondence and keeping the site working securely. Previously submitted signup details were collected with consent; you can withdraw that consent by asking us to remove your address.
Storage, access & retention
Form submissions are stored in protected records on our Contabo-hosted website server. They are not exposed as public downloads. The website has no connected analytics platform, advertising network, contact-delivery provider, or email-list service.
Website requests pass through Cloudflare for delivery and security. Cloudflare may process request information, including IP addresses, through its global network. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its processing and international-transfer information.
Form records have no automatic deletion schedule and remain until removed by the operator. You can ask us to remove your contact message or previous signup entry by contacting info@channelarc.com. Server logs and infrastructure records are managed separately by the hosting and delivery services.
We use access restrictions to protect stored submissions, but no website or storage system can promise absolute security.
Your choices & rights
You can browse without submitting an access request or message. Where applicable, you may request access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, and object to certain processing. These rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
Send requests to info@channelarc.com. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information. Where the GDPR applies, you may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The European Data Protection Board explains these rights.
Cookies & changes
The marketing-page code does not set cookies, use local or session storage, or include analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare may use security cookies when its protection features require them. Read the Cookies page for more detail.
We will update this notice when the website’s data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
