This marketing website is operated by Defacto IT and introduces ChannelArc, a video-creation application. Questions can be sent to info@channelarc.com.
These terms cover the marketing website and its forms. App account and subscription terms are provided separately before activation or purchase.
The Pricing page describes Creator and Studio plans. Access requests are handled through our Contact page, and onboarding and billing are arranged directly. Submitting a request does not create an account or complete a purchase. This website does not accept subscription payments.
The contact form stores access requests and other inquiries on the website server. It does not send automated emails. The Contact page also provides an email address you can use directly.
Bright Thread is a fictional example channel. The characters, storyboard, interface, process diagrams, and motion previews illustrate a creative direction; they are not a live editor or evidence of generated customer output.
The time needed to make a video depends on its length, complexity, generation time, and revision choices. Features, availability, and product information may be updated over time.
Use the website and its forms for legitimate inquiries and access requests. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, submit malicious code, or use the forms to send spam or impersonate someone else.
Only share information you are entitled to provide. Do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information in a contact message.
The ChannelArc name, site design, copy, and original example artwork are provided to explain the product. Please request permission before reusing the site’s branding or artwork, except where applicable law allows otherwise. Third-party assets, including fonts, remain subject to their respective licenses.
